INGREDIENTS
Small Chana 1 cup.
Boiled potatoes 1 diced.
Chopped onion 1
Tomato 1 chopped and deseeded.
Green chilli 1 tbsp.
Red chilli 1 tbsp.
Lime juice 1 tbsp.
Chaat masala 1 tbsp. |
METHOD
1. Soak the chana overnight or atleast 4 hours, add a little
soda to it and boil it in water until tender,
drain and cool.
2. To serve the chaat, in a bowl mix together the chana,
potatoes, onions, chillies, tomatoes, add
in lime juice, chaat masala, red chilli
powder, mix well.
3. Dish out on to a plates sprinkle coriander leaves on
top and serve right away. |
