INGREDIENTS
Potatoes - 4-5 medium sized.
Green Chillies - 3-4 finely chopped.
Bread - 3 slices (crumbed) fresh.
Cornflour - 3 tbsp.
Shahi Jeera - ½ tbsp.
Kutmeer - 2 tbsp.
Finely chopped.
Salt - to taste.
Oil - to fry. |
METHOD
- Boil the
potatoes, cool, peel and mash then up well.
- Add to it
chopped chillies, salt, kutmeer, shahi jeera, bread crumbs (fresh)
cornflower and mix well, check for salt.
- Portion
out individual tikkis either round or in attractive shapes
and deep fry in hot oil until golden brown.
- Drain on
kitchen paper and serve hot with tomato ketchup.
