Bread
in green masala a breakfast speciality recipe |
INGREDIENTS:
Bread slilces : 8-10
Coliander leaves : 1 bunch chopped
Tomato : 2-3 nos, greated
Red Chilli Powder : 1/2 tsp
Garlic : 8-10 cloves
Jeera Powder : 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder : 1/2 tsp
Water : 1 cup
Salt : to taste
Oil : 2 tbsp

METHOD
- Grind the
coliander paste masala as for sayal masala to a fine paste.
- Heat oil
in a pan, fry jeera add the paste, fry for a few minutes, add
water & boil.
- Add the bread
slices and cook on slow flame for 5-8 minutes or untill well absorbed.
Check for salt.
- Serve hot
with sev!
