THOOM WARO MASALO |
This
is a garlic-n-methi masala, a hot favourite sindhi preparation be
it fish or chicken. |
INGREDIENTS:
Methi Leaves - 1 bunch
Garlic Cloves - 8-10 nos
Tomatoes - 3 medium sized
Turmeric Powder - 1/2 tsp
Jeera Powder - 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Coriander Leaves - 1 bunch
Water - 1 cup
Oil - 1 tbsp

METHOD
- Clean all
the methi leaves and coriander leaves, wash well & chop finely.
- Heat oil
in a pan, add the chopped garlic, add methi and coriander leaves,
add in the grated tomatoes and fry well, add in all the dry masalas,
salt & cook well, add a little water to form a thick gravy.
- Simmer and
cook for 10-15 minutes.
- use as required!
