Moong Atta Sambola :
Moong Atta Sambola A Bean sprout sambol……A Sri lankan speciality prepartion
INGREDIENTS

Fresh Bean sprouts 1cup
Fresh green chillies 3-4 Nos. seeded and diced
Onions 1 small, finely sliced
Fresh grated coconut 3-4 tbsp
Salt to taste.
Lemon juice 1 tbsp.

METHOD

  1. Wash the bean sprouts, remove all skins as far as possible
  2. Drain and place on a kitchen towel.
  3. In a bowl mix all the other ingredients, add in the drained beans sprouts mix well and serve with Malu curry and Kaha Bath.
