Biography of Nanik Rupani
The biography of Nanik Rupani, Chairman, Priyadarshni Academy and of the Enkay Group of Companies, was released by Shri Balasaheb Thackeray, Shiv Sena Chief, at a private function on May 12, 2006 at Matoshri, Mumbai. The book titled Success is our Birthright, a philosophy which Shri. Rupani has promoted throughout his life gives a vivid picture of Shri Rupani's accomplishments.
Releasing the biography, Shri Thackeray complimented Shri Ulhas Latkar, Publisher, Ameya Inspiring Books, for bringing out the book on a friend and exemplary individual, and for maintaining the high standard of publication. He added that Shri Nanik Rupani's life is a saga of trials and tribulations and is worthy of emulation by the young generation.
Shri L. K. Advani, leader of the Opposition in the Lok Sabha, in his preface, refers to Shri Rupani as a man of action and service to the cause of national integration. Mr. Advani adds: “Nanik is indefatigable and unstoppable”.

The biography traces the modest origins of Shri Nanik Rupani as a businessman, social worker and philanthropist, his early struggles in the face of adversity, several setbacks in business culminating in the timely identification of the sunrise telecommunications industry, and his brilliant successes as result of tireless hard work.
The book is presented in a lucid style and gives anecdotes of events form his life. The diversity of ventures and adventures which Shri. Rupani forayed into and the successes he achieved before moving into position of stature in a number of organizations, such as the Presidentship of the Indian Merchant's Chamber, are portrayed in a gripping and readable style. Shri. Rupani indeed fully absorbs the large canvas of life.
Compliments received form several dignitaries including Shri Vilasrao Deshmukh, chief Minister of Maharashtra, Shri Tarun Gogoi, Chief Minister of Assam and Shri Sushilkumar Shind, Union Minister for Power have been included in the book.
